Directions:  from Steese Highway exit Chena Hot Springs Road, then take the first left onto Rainbow Drive.  After ~3/4 mile the road becomes Ruth Estates Road.  Follow it around into Chelsea’s Pet Resort.  The kennels and office are at the end of the lane.
